After your Los Artelos account has been set-up and approved, you will be able to log-in at any time by navigating to LosArtelos.com
Once logged in, you will be brought to your Dashboard where you can view your sales, profile details, orders, reviews, and account settings. This is the heart of your online presence, so understanding how to navigate and use these tools to your benefit is essential to your success.
When a collector purchases one of your artworks, this will appear under the ‘Orders’ tab. From there, you will see the exact step that the order is in from our automated processing system. You will also be notified via email whenever a change or update is made to any part of your orders or listings. If you need to update or change your email address, please navigate to ‘Settings’.
