Start here to learn how to get your online presence up and running with Los Artelos.

Submit Photo ID

Identity verification is a must, and we have perfected our process to make it as simple as possible.

1. Start by simply uploading your government-issued photo ID via the ‘Dashboard – Settings’ tab.
2. Scroll to ‘Verification ’
3. Choose ‘ID Verification’ and ‘Address Verification’
4. Click ‘Start Verification – Choose File’ to browse your photo ID image on your device.
5. Click ‘Start Verification ’ to fill your address.

*If you choose to use an Artist Name that is different from your legal name, please ensure you still enter your legal name in the required field.

It can take up to 24 hours for your uploaded ID to complete our verification process. Once approved. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know you are all set to start selling on Los Artelos!
