About Me

Melisa Özgür was born on 01.12.2000 in Amasya/Turkey. After completing her high school and university education in Health Studies in Istanbul, she went on to work in the health sector. However, fueled by her lifelong passion, she left her profession and turned to painting.. She took part in many social responsibility projects, including the murals in İsmail Acar's workshop and various hotel projects. She continues to train at Zafer Erkan's workshop and has been been practicing his art professionally since 2019. Melisa Özgür, who draws her inspiration from the energy of colors, believes the colors we are exposed to direct and shape our lives with their energies. She creates minimalistic works in different forms using geometry and color. She presents you her original, energetic and innovative abstract works designed with her own technique.
