About The Artwork
I saw this Norwegian lady while I was visiting Vigelant Park in Oslo, where the statues of the famous sculptor Gustav Vigeland are located. It was -20 degrees. The old woman looked like a well-dressed woman with her fur and accessories. She had a noble stance. She was walking around the park alone and watching the statues. Finally, she started to climb the stairs where the Wheel of Life was located. This statue must have made her feel different emotions. Maybe she saw herself in the Wheel of Life, thought about what stage of her life she was at. My hands were cracked and bleeding from the cold. With difficulty, I grabbed my camera and quickly adjusted the perspective and took this photo. This photo reminds me of living, of life. It reminds me to breathe. Because the wheel of life begins with a breath and ends with a breath. All our memories are hidden between these two breaths.
